“L'Anello del Prosecco” (“The loop of Prosecco) is a nature trail that starts and finishes in San Pietro di Barbozza through the villages of Santo Stefano and Saccol, characterized by a great wine culture and gastronomy.

Leaving from San Pietro di Barbozza, and reaching the oratory of S. Antonio, you will follow a dirt road to the church of S. Alberto, to see hills covered with vineyards. If the weather is clear you can see the lagoon and the city of Venice.

Following the path "1019 A" you will arrive at the Santuario dell'Immacolata di Lourdes overlooking the patterns created by the vineyards. We now follow the local road SP36 to the junction with Via Treziese, and we merge onto the very scenic Strada Mont, which runs halfway up the finest area of Prosecco, where the Cartizze wine is produced.

We continue along Piander road and go down to Saccol, a famous small town where, in the spring, there is the exhibition of "Cartizze", which attracts thousands of visitors and tasters from all over Italy.
